Standard Corporate Provisions

We provide a number of hospitality services that come as standard with our apartment packages

Our extended stay packages have been developed and designed to be responsive to the needs of our corporate customers, ensuring maximum value and comfort during business trips or relocation. These provisions are included in the price of every apartment - but only as an initial one-off payment. This covers the initial arrival services and weekly housekeeping for the whole of the stay.

For example, for the first week at St. Christopher place you may pay £740 for the first week, but thereafter the price of an apartment would be only £630 per week.

There are a number of benefits that you receive, and have immediate access to on your arrival

  • A welcome grocery pack which includes basic food items such as milk, bottled water and snacks, so you can settle in right away.
  • £10.00 travel card for public transport
  • All apartments are broadband enabled - and many locations are now wireless
  • Robes and slippers to keep at the end of your stay.
  • We even provide you with a complimentary umbrella - perfect for our English weather.

Facilities
As you would expect from a contemporary city apartment, our kitchen & bathroom facilities are maintained to the highest standard. All of our locations have washing machines, and the majority include dishwashers; and for when you want to relax - there is access to satellite television in most locations. Plus, all apartments will be cleaned, and a change of linen provided on a weekly basis.

Please note all regional locations (excluding London) are subject to a one-off booking fee of £40.00 +VAT. Regional locations are exempt from the inclusive hospitality charges - these apply only to our London properties.
