  • A standard sized double room in a centrally located London hotel within the same postcode would cost on average £1316.00 per week

  • A suite would be chargeable at around £1922 per week
  • A spacious studio apartment in St. Christopher Place booked through the Corporate Stay Programme would be only £630 per week, and a one bedroom apartment can be from as little as £800 per week. (Subject to an initial one-off charge for standard hospitality which supports and orientates our guests on their arrival.*)

If you make regular trips to the capital, or would be accomodating a number of personnel over the year, then you can imagine how much could be saved on travel budgets.

 

*The hospitality provisions are included in the price of every apartment - but only as an initial one-off payment.

For example, for the first week at St. Christopher place you may pay £740 for the first week, but thereafter the price of an apartment with inclusive housekeeping would be only £630 per week - even if staying for extended periods of 10 weeks or more.

Please note all regional locations (excluding London) are subject to a one-off booking fee of £40.00 +VAT. Regional locations are exempt from the inclusive hospitality charges - these apply only to our London properties.
